When you purchase or commission music or lyrics from Zerko Music, you are purchasing a licence to use the work, not ownership of the copyright.

Standard Client Licence Includes:
Use for your own business, brand, project, or performance
Use in online content, social media, video promos, and digital marketing
Live performance and agreed recorded use
Commercial use within the scope of your purchase or written agreement

You May Not:
Claim ownership or authorship of the work
Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or transfer the work
Register the work as your own copyright
Use the work outside the agreed licence scope
Use Zerko Music material in AI training or derivative AI generation without written permission

Important:
All standard licences are non-exclusive unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing
Exclusive rights, publishing terms, writer splits, buyouts, and master ownership must be agreed separately
Full payment is required before any licence becomes active
